Your income isn't straightforward, and you need help with a self-employed or contractor mortgage

You just want to sense-check what’s possible before doing anything else

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place,

and you're not alone.

FAQs

Do you charge a broker fee? There’s no charge for initial conversations, research, or advice before an application is made. For remortgages, I don’t charge a broker fee. For standard purchases, the fee is £195, payable only once a full application is submitted. For more complex cases, I’ll always explain any fees clearly upfront before you decide to proceed.

What if my income isn’t straightforward? That’s very common. I regularly help clients who are self-employed, contractors, or have multiple income sources, and I’ll talk you through how lenders are likely to view your situation.

Do I have to commit to anything to speak to you? No. An initial conversation is simply a chance to talk things through, ask questions, and understand your options before making any decisions.

How does the process usually work? We’ll start with a conversation to understand what you’re looking to do, then I’ll explain the next steps clearly and at a pace that suits you.

How quickly can you help? That depends on what you need, but I’m usually able to have an initial conversation quite quickly and will always be clear about timescales.

Ready when you are.

"Super Helpful & Professional"

I would highly recommend Matt and Carly for dealing with mortgages and life insurances. Both are always super helpful, professional and always put their customer interests first and on hand for advice. They go above the call of duty to help. They are brilliant at what they do and I would highly recommend anyone who needs advice on mortgages and life insurances to speak to them.

As a mortgage is secured against your home or property, it could be repossessed if you do not keep up the mortgage repayments. A lifetime mortgage will be secured against your home. Think carefully before securing other debts against your home.
